Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect your email address if you subscribe, we don't sell it, and you can leave whenever you want. The longer version is below, written without a lawyer.

WPWithin has no advertising, no affiliate links, and no investor relations. We have no incentive to harvest data. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your email address, if you choose to subscribe to Weekend Within. That is the only piece of personal information we ask for. We collect nothing else: no name, no location, no browsing history, no device fingerprint.
If you contact us at hello@wpwithin.com, we receive whatever you include in that email. We do not add contact enquiries to any mailing list. We do not store them beyond the normal retention of an email inbox.
The newsletter
Subscriber email addresses are stored and managed by our newsletter platform, a third-party service provider. That provider processes your email address solely for the purpose of delivering Weekend Within to you.
Every issue of Weekend Within includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it takes you to a confirmation page where a single button removes your address. We use this two-step flow to protect you: email security software sometimes follows links automatically, and a confirmation step prevents it from unsubscribing you by accident. There is no re-engagement sequence. Our email provider uses a tracking pixel to record whether each email was opened, and records which links you click. We use this data only to understand what content is useful. We do not sell it or share it with third parties.
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with a third party. The only time your address leaves WPWithin is when it is transmitted to our newsletter platform for the purpose of sending you the newsletter you asked for.
The website
This site is hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider. That provider may log basic access data including IP addresses as part of normal infrastructure operation. We do not use those logs for any purpose.
We collect aggregate website analytics through our infrastructure provider. This covers pageviews and traffic patterns at a summary level. It does not identify individual visitors, does not use cookies, and is not shared with third parties.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts. The only external requests this site makes are to Google Fonts, to load the typefaces used in the design.
Cookies
The site stores one item in your browser's local storage: your theme preference (`auto`, light, or dark mode). This is not a cookie in the tracking sense. It does not leave your device, it is not accessible to any third party, and it is deleted when you clear your browser storage.
We set no advertising cookies and no session cookies. We do not use any cookie consent mechanism because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
If you are a subscriber, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue of Weekend Within. If you would like your email address deleted from our records entirely, email us at hello@wpwithin.com and we will action it within seven days.
If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wpwithin.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will note it in the following issue of Weekend Within. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. We will not change this policy in a way that retroactively reduces your rights without giving you the opportunity to unsubscribe first.
